HCG is supplied as a glycoprotein powder to be diluted with water, and acts in the body like LH, stimulating the testicles to produce testosterone, even when natural LH is not present. feels or is deficient. It is therefore useful for maintaining testosterone production and/or testicular size during a steroid cycle. The use of this drug in the cone is rather counterproductive, as the resulting increased production of testosterone is itself an inhibitory effect on hypothalamus recovery and the pituitary, which retards. When HCG is used to boost natural production, a notably pronounced crash may be avoided. HCG always comes in 2 different vials, one with a powder and the other with a sterile solvent. These vials should be mixed prior to injection, and refrigerated should all be left for later use.

Average dose is 1 ampoule per week at the end of the cycle.
